Key rules
- Ryanair raised its free bag to 40 × 30 × 20 cm in September 2025, 33% bigger than the EU standard of 40 × 30 × 15 cm.
- If your bag doesn't fit the sizer at the gate, it's refused or put in the hold for a fee.
- If Priority is sold out, add a 10 kg check-in bag instead.
- Bag prices vary by route and date. Add them when you book, because airport prices are higher.
